There are many reasons to hire a Virtual Assistant – perhaps your administrative assistant is on vacation or our sick, maybe you don’t have a need for a full-time employee, or you have a temporary staffing need for a short-term project.  Whatever the reason, hiring us saves you the overhead of a traditional employee and/or provides the temporary assistance required.

We provide fast, professional, and confidential work at very reasonable rates. We specialize in offsite word processing, data entry, transcription and desktop publishing, to name a few skills.

Retainer

A $200 minimum retainer is required for most projects. Retainers expire ONE YEAR from payment date and are non-refundable. Our hourly rate is deducted from your retainer until it is exhausted. When it is exhausted, the retainer may be renewed with another $200 minimum payment. The retainer fee may be paid by check, money order, credit card or PayPal. If you choose to use PayPal, please use cindy@marylandsecretarial.com as the recipient address.  An invoice reflecting payment can be provided upon request.
