There are many reasons to hire a Virtual Assistant – perhaps your administrative assistant is on vacation or our sick, maybe you don’t have a need for a full-time employee, or you have a temporary staffing need for a short-term project.  Whatever the reason, hiring us saves you the overhead of a traditional employee and/or provides the temporary assistance required.

We provide fast, professional, and confidential work at very reasonable rates. We specialize in offsite word processing, data entry, transcription and desktop publishing, to name a few skills.

A $200 minimum retainer is required for most projects. Retainers expire ONE YEAR from payment date and are non-refundable. Our hourly rate is deducted from your retainer until it is exhausted. When it is exhausted, the retainer may be renewed with another $200 minimum payment. The retainer fee may be paid by check, money order, credit card or PayPal. If you choose to use PayPal, please use as the recipient address.  An invoice reflecting payment can be provided upon request.
