Email Newsletter – Get great exposure with a monthly Constant Contact or MailChimp electronic (email) newsletter. You will need a Constant Contact account and I will need your username and password. We will design and schedule your newsletter to go out once for only $200. If your email addresses for the contact list are already typed, we will paste them into the list. We will also revise and send out the newsletter monthly for an additional $50 per month. Newsletter revision only includes updating articles and scheduling. Data entry of up to 200 email addresses is an additional $50.
Database - We can set up an Excel database with your contact names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email address, and websites. This list is then emailed to you so you have access to it for contacting your prospects. We will also use this database to format letters, mail flyers or brochures, format and print labels to be “snail” mailed.
Flyers/Brochures - Advertise your business with colorful brochures or flyers. We will design the perfect flyer or brochure to help promote your business. You always need great promotional materials to distribute to clients and prospects at trade shows and networking events.
Hostess Packages - Do you offer Mary Kay, Arbonne, Pampered Chef, Premier Jewelry, Avon, Tupperware, or other products with home parties? I can save you time by helping you assemble and mail out hostess packages. You give me your flyers, catalogs, order forms, envelopes and postage and I will put them together. You email or call me with the hostess name and address and I will mail out the packages for you.
Mailing Process - Your letter, flyer, or brochure is folded, inserted into envelopes, envelopes are sealed, labels and postage are attached. Envelopes are mailed or given back to you, whichever you prefer.
