1. What do you do?
We provide quality word processing, data entry, desktop publishing, transcription, social media management and self-publishing services at very reasonable rates to companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and individuals throughout the United States. We provide services from our office in Bowie, Maryland.
2. What is the cost?
Our rates are very reasonable and assessed by individual projects. Quotes are based on your requirements. 3. Why should I give you my project? Our time is 100% productive. With employees you pay for breaks and time spent socializing with others and personal phones calls. With our virtual assistants, you don't have to provide space, equipment or benefits.
4. How do I get the work to you?
Please let us know each time you have a project because we want to be sure we are available and have time to schedule a subcontractor, if necessary. Our clients are welcome to drop off, “snail” mail, courier, fax or email projects to us.
5. How do I pay?
We require a retainer of at least $200 to begin work. We accept credit cards, PayPal, money orders, cash and checks. Retainers never expire and you can renew anytime. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR RETAINERS.
6. Why do you work virtually?
In some rare cases, we will work in the client’s local office. However, most of our work is done virtually and delivered online. We enjoy the convenience of working without leaving our home offices.
